Booking:
A $60 deposit will be charged to reserve your booking. The deposit will go towards the full service cost on the day of your set up.
Cancellations:
Cancellations due to weather (before the setup has started) are subject to a reschedule at no cost. If a weather reschedule is not possible we will refund you 100%
Cancellations/Reschedule - We require a 48 hour cancellation notification to allow for other customers to book the time slot. Cancellations that are made with 48 hours notice will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded the $60 deposit.
No Call - No Show - Will be charged 50% of the full price & $60 deposit will not be refunded.
Beach Safety:
Iconic Rentals is not responsible for the safety of any person(s) attending the setups. Please swim, eat, play safely & abide by the local rules & regulations of public areas. We do not provide SPF we highly recommend bringing your own with you.
