You show up and relax — we’ll take care of the rest. Ideal for date nights, proposals, birthdays, and more.

Booking:
A $75 deposit will be charged to reserve your booking. The deposit will go towards the full service cost on the day of your set up. We accept card or cash.
Cancellations:
Cancellations due to weather (before the setup has started) are subject to a reschedule at no cost. If a weather reschedule is not possible we will refund you 100% of the price you have paid.
Cancellations/Reschedule - We require a 48 hour cancellation notification to allow for other customers to book the time slot. Cancellations that are made with 48 hours notice will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded the $75 deposit.
No Call - No Show - Will be charged 50% of the full price & $75 deposit will not be refunded. We are all about working with your schedule but once the work on our end has been done we will need to process payment.
Beach Safety:
Iconic Rentals is not responsible for the safety of any person(s) attending the setups. Please swim, eat, play safely & abide by the local rules & regulations of public areas. We do not provide SPF we highly recommend bringing your own with you.
