Picnic set ups can be located in either a park, beach or backyard.
Booking:
The full amount of the chosen service will be charged at the time of booking, in order to reserve your spot.
Cancellations:
Cancellations due to weather (before the setup has started) are subject to a reschedule at no cost. If a weather reschedule is not possible we will refund you 100%, if the call is made before the set up has started.
Cancellations/Reschedule - We require a 48 hour cancellation notification to allow for other customers to book the time slot. Cancellations that are made within 48 hours notice will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations that are made less than 48 hours notice, will only receive half of the service cost as a refund.
No Call - No Show - Will be charged the full price of the service.
Beach Safety:
Iconic Rentals is not responsible for the safety of any person(s) attending the setups. Please swim, eat, play safely & abide by the local rules / regulations of public areas. We do not provide SPF we highly recommend bringing your own with you.
